October 1 - Deadline for show pre registration
October 11 - Receiving entries and last minute registrations ($30.00) at the Cultural Events Center from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
October 12 - noon, lunch with judge and critiquing to follow. Place to be determined. 1:30 p.m. Special showing for Sponsers. 2:00-4:00 p.m. Tea Reception.
October 13-18 - Autumn Art Show at Cultural Events Center: M-F 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Sat. 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
October 18 - 2:00 p.m., Awards Ceremony, entries will be released immediately following.
November 8 - Saturday, Next Guild meeting, 9:00 a.m. at the Ranchers Restaurant, Truck Plaza east U.S. 287 in the back room.
